At JP Construction, we aim to provide quality construction services with full transparency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for services booked through www.jpconstruction.in.
1. Service Bookings & Payments
- Payments made on our website are considered as confirmation of service booking.
- All payments must be made through the authorized payment methods provided (UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, etc.).
- Once a payment is processed, a confirmation email/receipt will be shared with the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@pilecontractor.in or jpconstructionpatna@gmail.com.
- Cancellations are accepted only before the commencement of project work.
- Once the work has started, cancellations may not be possible.
3. Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of booking and work has not yet started.
- Partial Refund: If work has been partially completed, refund (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting the cost of labor, material, mobilization, and administrative charges already incurred.
- No Refund: Once the project is completed, or if significant work has been executed, refunds will not be applicable.
4. Transaction Failures
- In case of a failed transaction but the amount is debited from your account, the same will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 7–10 working days.
- If you do not receive a refund in this timeframe, please contact your bank/payment provider first, and then reach us if required.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Any refund or payment dispute will be reviewed by our accounts team.
- Final decision will be communicated via email/phone within 7 working days of receiving the request.
